He demonstrated strong expertise in providing me with useful industry insights and the main differences in international planning/tailoring my skills. This session was excellent and built well on the previous ones. Nadeem encouraged me to reflect on my career goals and the steps to achieve them, helping me identify key gaps. We also explored different paths to reach those goals. Although there is significant follow-up work, he left the decisions to me, which makes the next steps exciting.
