My review of the mentoring session with Jorge could not be more positive. He was incredibly kind and approachable throughout the session, and since we are based in the same area, we even had the chance to meet in person instead of doing it online. The session was extremely valuable for me professionally. I shared a challenge I am currently facing at work, and Jorge gave me very practical advice and tools based on his own experience, which made the conversation both insightful and relevant. He also took the time to explain how his company works and was very open in sharing their approach and methodologies. Seeing the type of work they are doing was genuinely inspiring, and I really appreciated how welcoming and transparent he was throughout the session. I would repeat the experience without a doubt and highly recommend him as a mentor.
