About
I am a Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI) with experience in the public sector in London, specialising in development management, planning policy implementation, and pre-application advice. Through my work, I have developed a strong understanding of planning systems, with particular experience in applying policies related to housing, sustainability, and net zero development.
My academic background in International Planning, combined with my professional experience, has shaped my interest in strategic planning and large-scale urban development. I am particularly motivated to contribute to the creation of long-term spatial visions and policy frameworks, moving beyond development management into roles that influence how cities grow and evolve. I have a strong interest in housing and urban regeneration, having focused both of my university dissertations on housing-related issues.
I am especially interested in international opportunities, including in the Middle East, where rapid urbanisation and new city development present unique challenges and opportunities for planners. Alongside my professional work, I have a longstanding commitment to social impact, demonstrated through volunteering with refugee communities in London and supporting the creation of inclusive “third spaces.” Ultimately, I am driven by a desire to contribute to more equitable, sustainable, and forward-thinking urban environments.
