About

I am a Spanish urbanist with a background in political science and a Master's degree in urban and metropolitan development.

Both of my degrees approach cities from the policy field and from a deliberately broad perspective, covering how urban decisions are framed, negotiated and governed across metropolitan areas. That formation shapes the way I read urban problems: as questions of policy, governance and public decision-making as much as of design.

My areas of interest are sustainable mobility, and particularly cycling infrastructure, together with the design and use of public space and the community-oriented processes through which urban transformation projects are built.

My professional focus is the transformation of mobility and public space in European cities, and the work of the organisations that drive it at local level.
