Urban-environmental planner and Program Management specialist with 10+ years of international experience across South and Southeast Asia, working in LMICs on inclusive governance, disaster risk reduction, climate resilience, gender equality, and community empowerment. I combine field-based implementation with research and policy engagement. My expertise includes feminist and participatory MEL, Results-Based Management (RBM), LFA, Outcome Mapping and Harvesting, grant and contract management, adaptive learning, strategic reporting, and proposal development. I integrate DEI principles into program design and management, ensuring meaningful inclusion of marginalized communities. I have led multi-country programs, managed complex stakeholder networks, and navigated international development and humanitarian financing systems. With a systems-thinking and intersectional approach, I generate evidence-based insights to inform policy and strengthen partner capacities. Currently, I serve as Program Management Officer at Canada’s International Development Research Centre (IDRC), based in New Delhi. I support research on democracy, inclusive governance, climate emergencies, forced displacement, gender equality, and human rights, strengthening institutional research capacity across conflict-affected LMICs and fostering global research partnerships.
