Jagriti Arora

Jagriti Arora is an independent consultant trained as an architect and urban planner, with a career that bridges the built environment and strategic communications. Based in Bengaluru, she has worked largely with think tanks and across a range of allied fields, including heritage conservation, mobility, political campaign design and communication — encompassing writing, editing and technical editing. In recent years she has moved increasingly toward climate and sustainability communication, building a distinctive practice that combines planning knowledge with storytelling. Her professional interests include the urban circular economy and international consulting, and she is steadily consolidating a niche at the meeting point of urban planning and communication. Her longer-term ambition is to act as a bridge between sustainable cities and storytelling, using narrative as a tool to advance more sustainable urban outcomes, while strategically upskilling to unlock international opportunities in this emerging space.
