I am the CEO of NEOO Partners, a growing national practice in the United States focused on economic development, commercial real estate finance and long-range urban planning.

Our work is carried out with local jurisdictions, community development corporations and transit authorities, guiding long-term investment decisions. It spans the full arc of that process, from long-range planning frameworks through to the financial structuring that determines whether a project is delivered.

My areas of specialisation are economic development policy and programmes, commercial real estate finance, and inclusive economic development models designed to widen access to opportunity in the communities where public and private investment lands.

Much of my practice deals with the development of new infrastructure, housing and job centres, both office and industrial, and with the public-private arrangements that make them possible. My professional interest extends to comparative economic development practice in cities and metropolitan regions outside the United States, particularly in Southeast Asia, Latin America, Northern and Western Africa and Southern Europe.
